And these ones are for sale. All are made from thrift store items. Looks like they are making a tidy profit as they are going for north of onefiddy a pop! Pretty nice work though if do say so myself. Check it out. They go by the name Nerdbots. Thanks Coudal!

Wall Doodling Puzzle
About two weeks ago we stumbled upon Rinpaeshidan, a drawing team in Japan. We can’t get enough of them. There is something kind of magical on their willingness to draw on top of each other.
This is a good idea they had: to make a four panel drawing that they can switch around the panels like a puzzle. Check out their website too for more good stuff. I think we will be seeing a lot from this crew.
Cool Buildings #4: Symbiotic Villa
About a year ago we saw a really great exhibit at The Guggenheim Museum, one of the coolest buildings ever built. It was on the architect Zaha Hadid who probably is the foremost designer of cool buildings today.
The Most Impressive Subways EVER!
Granted it’s hard to beat NYC. As Wired pointed out awhile back: “It’s got 468 stations, 842 miles of track and twice as many daily riders (5 million) as every other rapid-transit system in the United States combined.” That said, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Paris, & London are all pretty darn impressive. Check them, and several others, out here.
And as good as these subways are, Crooked Brains has a post on Subway Stations that could be even better. Check it out!

Papercraft: Pop Up Flower Card
Looks pretty simple and quick. We have yet to try it at home though…
Chemical Experiment #1
Do you know what Mercury Thiocyanide looks like when you burn it? How would you describe this? I am afraid that some language may be inappropriate…
Thanks Charles!
