Bruce Lee Ping Pong

Bruce Lee is thought of by many as the greatest martial arts master that ever was.  He certainly was a master of cool.  Here, armed with numchucks instead of a paddle, he makes haste of his opponents in top ping pong style.

This ultimately is an ad for a cell phone if you want to watch it without the ad at the end go here.

Crazy Animals #5: Tree Climbing Goats

I saw them with my own eyes one time when I was in Morocco.  Goats up in a tree, standing out a limb, like it was perfectly natural. I could have stared for hours.

I am grateful that someone shot this video so you can now see them too.  Can you count how many are up there?  Watch how they jump down.

Cool Cars #5: The Amazing Solar Powered Sailboat Car

From Spain comes the BRISA (Spanish for “breeze”), a three-wheeled two-seater 100% solar powered.  Tell your folks to trash the hybrid, it’s all sun or nothing now.  Read more about it here.

Great Website: Oobject

You may have caught this website before, when we linked to their list of the Top Fifteen Rolling Ball Sculptures but we want to elevate even higher and put in the Nose’s Faves.

OObject posts almost daily new lists of great videos and photos on all kinds of cool things: light sculptures, awesome car designs, steampunk engines, moving walkways, even money making machines.  They are an excellent curator of some of our favorite things.  Where else could we find a remote control cockroach?  Or a list of cars like the one above?

Rube’s Brood Blooms Bigger And Bigger

After our post on Mr. Goldberg’s Inflating Influence, Colin Summers (thanks Colin!) wrote in and hipped us to this great list of fifteen (yes, FIFTEEN!) top Rolling Ball Sculptures.  Now you know you can’t go out and play: you’ve got to sit in front of this screen all day!  Don’t do that, just rejoice in knowing that this world has so many wonders to watch and witness.

Here’s one from the list to get you going (but then go out and play!):

It gives me a reason to get my teeth looked at. This sculpture is on display at Columbia Basin Pediatric Dentistry in Kennewick, WA.

Ban Humans From TV!

What if Humans were never on TV?  Only animals and animation.  Hmmm….  At least we’d probably get to watch LANCELOT LINK SECRET CHIMP a whole lot more.  This show played on network TV in prime time around 1970, which meant that back then almost forty years ago, this is what “They” thought all Americans wanted to do after dinner.  Maybe they were right?  Maybe the time is right for Chimp TV.
