Use Your Film For Good (And Build Audiences Along The Way)

by Vanessa Gould & Sally Rosenthal

We’re all looking for ways to help in the wake of Hurricane Sandy’s
devastating impact across so many eastern US communities.

In March 2011, together we raised over $3,000 in just one day for
those whose lives were torn apart by the Japanese tsunami.

Today and tomorrow, 100% of the proceeds of Between the Folds DVD
sales will be donated to the American Red Cross fund for Hurricane
Sandy response and recovery efforts.

Purchase one, we’ll donate $20; two, we’ll donate $40; three, we’ll
give $60… Every penny will be promptly given to relief efforts that
assist people during this crisis.  It has hit very close to home,
including neighborhoods near us here in Brooklyn, impacting friends
of Green Fuse Films who worked together on this film.

In the spirit of origami – and the ways people use it to express good
wishes and kinship in times of hardship – please join us, or consider
giving to aid organizations directly.

Thanks,
